Math 473 Course Information

Fall 2004

Every week there will be a set of written (theoretical) homework problems. Also, programming exercises will be assigned on a regular basis. These problems are to be solved using Matlab. All homework is to be done individually. Hour exams are tentatively scheduled as listed above. The final will be a comprehensive take-home exam, and approximately 80% of the problems will be taken from the material covered in the midterms. Make-ups for tests will be given only when authorized in advance by the instructor. Only 90% of the make-up score will count. Late homework will not be accepted.
