Our logistics is as follows:

1. We have weekly meetings that last around 1 or 1.5 hours.

2. In the first meeting the topic is introduced by a team member and the relevant questions are posted. This team member is the leader of the project. He/she then assigns tasks to the different members of the group.

3. In the subsequent meetings we start to solve the relevant questions and develop some files in Excel, VBA, Matlab, Phyton or C++.

4. We have one final meeting where we make some conclusiones.

With this methodology the team members learn about a practical problem and come up with ways to solve it.
